Forever Green is an original folk rock music duo consisting of identical twin sisters, songwriters, and visual artists Christi and Cara Brown. They began writing and playing music together in their early 20s. They were born in Fremont, California but spent most of their childhood in Claremont and the surrounding areas of Southern California. Growing up, Madonna was their idol. From there, musical favorites moved from Alice in Chains to Metallica. Then, The Cranberries, Alanis Morrissette, Sheryl Crow, Janice Joplin, The Grateful Dead, Phish, Bob Marley, Evanescence, Norah Jones, and so much more.
